Kate Richards
Senior Vice President for Human Resources, Europe, Middle East and Africa
Kate Richards is Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Europe, Middle East & Africa and is responsible for all aspects of HR strategy and delivery in the two regions. She is a member of the Executive Leadership Group EMEA and Chubb’s global HR leadership team.
Kate has many years of broad and valuable experience of Human Resources management in the international banking sector. She joined Chubb in 2016 from Lloyds Banking Group, where she was Chief Operating Officer for HR. Prior to that, she served in a number of management roles for Morgan Stanley and subsequently Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she latterly served as Head of HR for Europe, Middle East and Africa. In this role she was responsible for all aspects of HR for the region and she also played a key HR role in the merger of Bank of America and Merrill Lynch.
Kate has a degree from the University of Essex and previously qualified as a tax advisor.
