Ana Thomas is responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of the operations function across Europe, Middle East and Africa. She was previously Vice President Transformation responsible for Continental Europe Middle East & Africa. Ana joined Chubb in 2013 as Global Services Manager for France and has subsequently held a variety of roles increasing in seniority in underwriting operations management.
